So long godaddy

Darktraining.com says goodbye to godaddy.com

Like many other folks in the tech world, I was sad to hear that godaddy chose to support SOPA (link) not just chose to support it, but to actually help write it.

For me, this was the straw the broke the camels back. For a long time I had grown tired of the horrible web interface and constant up-selling and phone calls from sales reps asking if I wanted to buy some special limited time offer.

Between their tacky adds, questionable CEO and stance on privacy, I decided enough was enough and made the move late in December.

It's my hope that our new home will work out well and that I'll be able to continue to share more of my tech tips from in the trenches with you, well into the future.
